Biography

This organization was founded in 1903 at the Friends Meeting in Boggy Bottom, Hertfordshire. Three members of the Boggy Bottom meeting wished to liven up Sunday services and thought the best way to do this respectfully and silently was through the art of mime. The group did not attract any new participants and their activities finally ended in 1938, much to the relief of the members of the Boggy Bottom Friends Meeting.
