Biography

In 1951, a gift from the Stout family of Paoli, Indiana, made possible the construction of Stout Meetinghouse. Many of the materials were donated by local businesses, and over 600 volunteers worked on the construction. Superintending was Economics Instructor Edwin G. Nicholson, the husband of Christine Baldwin Nicholson, class of 1954. The meetinghouse was dedicated in the fall of 1952.
