Scrapbook (photocopy of original retained by Kathleen (Barnes) Kaeuper) compiled ca. 1883 by Emily Jane (Nixon) Huff. It consists largely of correspondence, with some business and legal papers, leaflets, essays, and poetry. Correspondents include Emily J. Nixon, Robert B. Butler, Jeremiah Hubbard, David Nixon, Benjamin Albertson, Joseph Hubbard, and Woodson and Susannah Hubbard. Also included is a 1789 epistle of Philadelphia Yearly meeting to George Washington, with his reply, a pre-1771 silhouette of Phineas Nixon, grandfather of Samuel Nixon; the marriage certificate of Samuel Nixon and Rhoda (Hubbard) Butler, 1820; the marriage certificate of Daniel Huff and Emily Jane Nixon, 1843; and the marriage certificate and prenuptial agreement of Samuel Nixon and Rhoda (Rawls) Butler, 1847.
