The collection contains material with information on the Institute for Executive Growth hosted at Earlham College from 1954-2000. Both boxes include many photographs taken of the campus, leaders, and instructors of the institute, and the participants of the training program and conferences themselves. Bulletins, training manuals and small booklets with information and brochures as well as member registration information comprise the two boxes. These materials may be useful when searching for past participants and the types of activities the institute took part in. Additionally, genealogists may benefit from the number of dated photographs that taken during the programs when in search of an individuals professional management development.
