John Frederick Hanson (1841-1918) was a native of Norway who emigrated to the US in 1856. He became a Friend in Iowa. Later, he became a well-known minister and revivalist in Iowa and Oregon, where he died. This collection consists of an autobiography and biographical material compiled by family members.
