Meshack Michener was born in Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in 1771, the son of Meshack and Mary (Trego) Michener. He married Mary Sepherd in 1793. The family record shows that they had children Rachel, Jane, Charles, Elizabeth, and Albert M.
