Biographical or Historical Information
Friends United Meeting (FUM) is an international association of 26 yearly meetings of the Religious Society of Friends in North America, Africa, and the Caribbean. FUM maintains offices in Richmond Indiana and in Kisumu Kenya. Originally FUM was called Five Years Meeting and was founded following by the Richmond Declaration in 1902. In 1963 Five Years Meeting renamed itself Friends United Meeting.
