Turner Welch Daybook
Turner Welch (1790-1875) was a Quaker farmer and businessman at Farmer’s Institute, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. This daybook include typical farm accounts of goods bought and sold and work hired and traded with neighbors. Since accounts continue after Welch’s death, it was apparently used by another family member. Purchase, 2007.
William S. Wilder Papers
William S. Wilder (1808-1870) was a farmer born in Vermont who lived in western New York and in Geauga County, Ohio. This collection consists of six letters written to him by his father Abel Wilder (1783-1869), his brother Barnabas Wilder (1816-1895) of Fayette County, Indiana, and his father-in-law Calvin Adams of Verona, New York. Purchase 2007.

This small collection consists of a few letters regarding Cadbury genealogy, written to John W. Cadbury of Woodbury, N.J., between 1901 and 1920. Donation 2007.
Harrison Family Papers
This small collection centers on Jordan Harrison (1785-1842), and Orthodox Friends of York Co., Va., and Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, and his wife Susan Lloyd (1799-1832). It includes correspondence about conditions among Friends in Ohio from 1806 to 1824 as well as epistles from London, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and North Carolina yearly meetings to Virginia and Ohio yearly meetings, 1793-1824.
Elwood J. Meredith Papers
Elwood J. Meredith (1902-1967) was a 1924 graduate of Earlham College, a physician, and an active member of First Friends Meeting in Richmond, Indiana. This small collection relates to Meredith’s service on the Building Committee of the Five Years Meeting of Friends in 1950-54, which oversaw the construction of the present Friends united Meeting headquarters.
