Content Description Items were purchased in multiple lots and reconstructed. This material was collected and bound into a scrapbook by Nathan Harper Jr., an early 19th century Mayor of Plainfield, NJ. The earlier Society of Friends material came from a collection of his father, Nathan Harper Sr., who hailed from Frankford, Pennsylvania just outside of Philadelphia.
