Levering Family Collection
A few letters and flyers, along with a record of the family of Francis and Elizabeth (Martin) Wilkins of Athens County, Ohio, relating to the writing and publication of John Levering's Levering Family History and Genealogy (1897). Found in copy of the book purchased in 1998.
Levi Coffin Collection
The collection consists of papers found in the attic of the Coffin house in Fountain City (1825-42), a copy of Coffin's will, numerous clippings relating to Levi Coffin and the Coffin house in Fountain City, and papers of the family of Levi's cousin Emory Dunreith Coffin (1824-63), whose daughter Louisa May was the ghostwriter for Levi Coffin's Reminiscences (1876).

Lewis and Hannah Smith Family Papers
Lewis D. Stubbs Papers
Lewis D. Stubbs was an attorney and political leader of Richmond, Indiana. This small collection of his papers reflects mainly his interest in genealogy, although it does include personal letters and scrapbook that Stubbs kept during the 1856 and 1858 political campaigns.
Lewis Votaw Diary and Account Book
Diary and account book kept by Lewis Votaw (1841-1916), 1864-1873, mainly while living in Davis County, Iowa. Includes an account of travels in eastern Ohio and Iowa in 1865. Lewis Votaw, son of John and Mary (Meredith) Votaw, was born in Wayne County, Indiana, but lived most of his life in Wabash County, Indiana. A birthright Friend, he left Friends in 1878.
