Biographical or Historical Information
Martha Wasson (1840-1915) was a Hicksite Friend born in Laporte County, Indiana, the daughter of Jehiel and Lydia (Bond) Wasson. In 1860 she married Howard A. Mason, and they lived in Kankakee, Illinois, and Stone County, Missouri. Their daughter Clarice (1873-1943) married Glendale Powell (1875-1948) and died in Stanislaus, California.
