Home Culture Club Minute Book
The Home Culture Club was a short-lived self-improvement society of young Hicksite Friends in Richmond, Indiana. This minute book includes names of members and descriptions of papers read at meetings. Transfer from Lauramoore Home, 2006.
Homer and Edna Morris Collection
This collection reflects Homer Morris’s career as an academic economist and longtime member of the Earlham College board (1930-51), and especially the Morris’s work for the American Friends Service Committee. It contains class notes, correspondence, calendar book and publications as well as material pertaining to personal business, social justice issues, and the peace movement. Homer Morris was a member of the teaching faculty (1918-28) in Economics, and an alum (Class of 1911).
Homer G. Biddlecum Collection
Papers of Homer G. Biddlecum (1885-1976), a Friends pastor in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Tennessee, and Kansas from 1913 until 1960. Includes extensive genealogical material on the Gauntt family of South Carolina, Tennessee, and Indiana, and the Beals family of Tennessee and Indiana, the records of a debating society in Grant County, Ind., and numerous obituaries of Grant County Quakers.
